Hi @Seller_kL6SoucWLKJlg,

  1. Image Resolution: 1000x1000 is the minimum resolution for Amazon’s zoom feature. It might help to increase the resolution (e.g., 1500x1500 or higher) for better compatibility.
  2. Upload Method: Did you upload the images through a Flat File or the Web Interface? Using a Flat File would give you a processing report, which contains error messages if any images were rejected.
  3. AI Verification: Amazon’s system uses AI to verify images, and I've seen cases where it incorrectly rejected images (e.g. image not actually showing "bare skin"). Worth considering if this might be affecting your image.
  4. Amazon does not always use the the uploaded images for the live listing. Your upload is taken as a 'suggestion'. You can check this by clicking 'Edit Listing' in the Web Interface and going to the 'Images' tab—your uploaded images should be at the bottom, and live images appear at the top.

Hope this helps!

Best regards, Michael

Hi @Seller_kL6SoucWLKJlg,

iIn your screenshot, it shows "Live on Amazon" at the top, with "Your product images" just below, so technically, the upload worked—Amazon just isn’t using the second image you suggested.

Just to double-check: Is the second image indeed the back side of the same product and not a different product version?

Yes the back image has a different number attached to it, my designs are made on a print on demand site, do you think that's the problem, I sell on other platforms which I don't have this problem

Hi @Seller_kL6SoucWLKJlg,

Thanks for clarifying! Print on demand is a well-established industry on Amazon, with significant order volume, so there aren’t any general blockers that would prevent success here as well.

Regarding the back view image issue specifically, if Amazon’s system detects the image as a mockup (where the design is overlaid virtually rather than being an actual product photo), that could possibly be the reason it’s not displaying on the frontend. Just something to consider, although I’m not certain if that’s the cause here.

Lastly, have you looked into Amazon's Merch on Demand service? Since you're already in print on demand, it might be worth exploring.

Best, Michael
