I've been experiencing a delay in verifying my Seller Wallet account for several days, and no one has been able to resolve it. Because of this, I'm unable to transfer my funds to my bank account or access my balance.
I've been using the account normally for a long time, however, it's entered this verification process again. I urgently need help to complete this verification and access my funds.
Could someone from the support team escalate this issue and provide me with an update on when it will be resolved? I would appreciate any help or guidance to expedite the process.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent issues you have encountered with the seller wallet verification. I know this can be concerning given the access to the funds, so I did want to get you more information. I worked with another team to try to identify more information, but the details were minimal. However, I have gone ahead and compiled the available information to be sent off to another team to be reviewed.
