What To Do When Amazon Will Not Perform A Bin Check

Hello all. We had a listing taken down due to multiple customer complaints that they were receiving the wrong product, via FBA, and based on the descriptions they were receiving a product that was not even ours. In past instances, I had simply requested a bin check and provided basic notes of what was printed on the correct carton, weights/dims, etc., but in this instance it has been over 30 days and I cannot get a response from Amazon other than automated replies that they are still working on it. I have followed up 14 times and opened additional cases asking that they not be merged but be addressed in tandem hoping that somehow we can get the inventory reviewed, but no such luck. There are only 37 units and they are only spread across 3 DCs. Does anyone know of an alternate way of requesting a bin check or option to get this type of specific request escalated? Sad to see our IPI score take yet another hit for circumstances beyond our control.
