Video call for identity and product supply chain verification
HELLO,
Upon notification from Amazon, we planned three time periods for our Identity and Supply chain verification. but we did not receive any confirmation or invitation letter.
In the next email we received from Amazon, we were asked to fill out the form in the link provided again.
We filled out the form and sent it. In the form, we chose the dates 2 September, 4 September and 10 September for the interview.
Today is September 2, but the meeting did not take place.
I need to adjust the stock status of the products in my account for Black Friday. I need to complete the ones that are out of stock and those that are decreasing.
For this reason, I want to make a video call as soon as possible and verify my identity and supply chain.
We know and implement Amazon's policies, we trust their cooperation.
