Limited Time Deal (red badge and scratch off price) doesn't show
Hello! I just launched my first product on Amazon and marked my Standard Price/List price as 19.75, while setting Sale Price as 15.75, in order to have the red Limited Time Deal sign on my listing with my original priced scratched next to it. However, it just shows my Sale Price (15.75), and there is no noticeable sign of discount on the front end. Everything seems fine in the backend though. Any idea what could be wrong?

Thanks for the post. That price will only appear if you really have sold a long time at the original price.
There is also the New Seller group within the Seller Forums that provides a safe space for new Sellers to post any questions, interact with and learn from other Seller's threads, and meet and network with other new Sellers. If you haven’t already visited the group, you can access them by following the steps below:
• Top of your dashboard, click on Groups
• Under Discussion group, click on New Seller Community
