Amazon Reimbursement Issue
I am writing to ask for advice. My manufacturer sent the products straight to Amazon but they put in the wrong SKU and therefore my shipment was lost when it arrived at the Amazon facility. I've requested reimbursement from Amazon and it has been 6 months and I have yet to receive the reimbursement despite contacting Amazon many times. Any suggestions on what I can do to get my money back?
