Is this Inform Act Email a Scam?

I received this email from email address seller-notification at f2dven-amazon.com

Hello My Name,

To comply with the new US INFORM Consumers Act, and in accordance with Section 1 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/1791) we need to collect and verify certain business information from you. Failure to do so may result in your account being deactivated if you do not verify the information required by the US INFORM Consumers Act.

Why is this happening?

The US INFORM Consumers Act is a new US federal law that places new obligations on online marketplaces, including Amazon, to collect and verify business information from high-volume third-party sellers who sell products in Amazon’s US store.

What steps do I need to take?

To avoid account restriction, please send us a confirmation email by replying to this message. In your email, please include the last four digits of your phone number associated with your account.

What happens next?

Once we receive your confirmation email, we can begin the verification process. Check your email and follow the steps provided to verify your phone number.

What happens if I don’t take the required action?

If we do not receive and fully verify the required information, the law requires us to restrict your selling account. The law also requires us to reverify this information every time it changes.

We’re here to help. If you have questions about this process, reply to this email or contact Seller Support via https://sellercentral.amazon.com/cu/contact-us.

For more details on confirming or updating your phone number, go here: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/external/GGQSHDR5BYTCWX42

Sincerely,

The Selling on Amazon team

I already complied with the US Inform Act so I feel that this might be a scam/phishing. There are no notifications on my Amazon Selling Account homepage.

Also what is f2dven-amazon?

Thanks
