Buyer Account locked
Hello all,
My Amazon buyer account, which uses the same email address and login as my Seller Account, has been noted as being locked and currently on hold, I've received notification that the account is on hold due to suspicious activity although I have never been involved in any fraudulent or any other suspicious activity. I never purchased anything from my customer account. I believe this has been kept on hold due to inactivity because I never used this account.
This customer account is associated with my selling account, due to the status of this account I am also unable to access my selling account as well, this is an alarming situation for me and for my Private Label business because I need to complete the "INFORM Consumer Act" verification and it is not possible without complete access to my seller central.
I've submitted many appeals and the documents required to claim ownership of my account and the payment methods used in it (It includes My photo ID, Utility bill, payment method statement, picture of the card used in the buyer account, etc) to the customer support through calls and emails, and they ask for waiting 24 hours for a response, till now even after waiting for months I did not get any answer. Now my account is at risk of deactivation and I really need your help in getting the issue resolved.

You should really understand Amazon rules before promising and taking account management job for your clients.
Because now not only you are risking your own account, you are risking all their accounts as well, it's very unprofessional and irresponsible way of doing business.
Your chance of Amazon forgiving you is slim.

You might try what was suggested in this post on another thread. The poster was uncertain if their suggestion would work and the original poster never came back to the thread, so the outcome is unknown.
Other than that, you might try posting your latest Support case number but again, whether or not a Community Manager can help on the buyer side is uncertain.

Thank you for your post, I see there may be multiple issues of concern here.
I would need to better understand the exact concern you’re referring to as it seems like there’s an issue with a multiple account policy violation, along with as noted access issues with your buyer account.
Can you provide more clarification on what exactly your experiencing, or a performance notification? Is your seller account deactivated? Are you associated to another store on amazon that is currently unable to sell?
If you account is not deactivated, and you’re experiencing issues with accessing your buyer account, you may need to contact the customer service team for your buying account to ensure access support.
