Seeking Advice: 8 Appeals Rejected for Product Defect Complaint – Need Help Identifying What to Improve

I'm reaching out for some guidance after facing a very frustrating situation.

I received a Product Condition Complaint – Defective, and my asin has been unsellable with around 3000+ units. Despite submitting eight separate appeals, each time with significant improvements, all of them have been rejected. Unfortunately, the rejection notices have been vague and mostly mention "insufficient information" without pointing to specific issues.

Here’s a summary of what I’ve done so far in appeals:

Switched to a new supplier with higher quality standards.

Redesigned the packaging to prevent in-transit damage.

Updated the product listing with more accurate and detailed descriptions.

Added clearer usage instructions and warnings to the product page.

Renew all product labels to improve clarity and compliance.

Strengthened the quality inspection process at the factory.

Implemented a new pre-shipment checklist to catch potential issues.

Requested a inspection on FBA inventory about this asin – no defects were found.

Despite all these steps, the response is still the same: "We reviewed the information you provided but do not have enough information to address the issues with your listings at this time." I’ve tried to be as thorough and structured as possible in my Plan of Action (POA), with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.

I’m wondering if anyone here would be willing to take a look at my previous appeals and help me understand what might be missing or written ineffectively. I’m open to any advice, templates, or real examples that have worked for others.

Has anyone experienced something similar and eventually succeeded?

Thanks in advance – any help would be greatly appreciated!

There is no-one here, as fellow sellers, who can access your previous appeals - you would need to post the appeals here, and not even sure if the forum mods can (though they may be able to ?), but you need to tag in some of the mods for any of them to actually see your post and maybe look into it. If you don't tag them in they will not even see your post - they do not read every single thread.
