**Amazon FBA Shipment Pickup Issues – Need Advice!**
Hello fellow sellers, I’m facing repeated missed pickups for my Amazon FBA shipments in Chennai, and I’m losing confidence in the process.
Timeline
- Booked FBA pickup – No show.
- Rescheduled – No show again.
- Booked a new shipment – Still no pickup.
Despite multiple attempts, Amazon’s transport service has failed to collect my packages. As a first-time seller, I’ve overcome several challenges already, but this delay is really frustrating.
Looking for insights
- Has anyone else in Chennai faced similar issues?
- Any workarounds or alternative solutions you recommend?
- I escalate this with Seller Support, but no solution. Simply asking to "reschdule or wait till 2.30, wait till 6, wait till 8" these are the answers I am getting.
- Is there a better approach?
