Ich bitte um eure Unterstützung. Bei mir wird rot angezeigt, dass meine Verkaufsberechtigung vorübergehend zurückgehalten wird, bis Amazon mein Konto verifiziert. Wenn ich den Punk "Erforderliche Informationen angeben" anklicke, kann ich irgendwie nichts ändern bzw. ergänzen.
Es steht: please provide the information requested. Allerdings wird nicht genau aufgezeigt, welche Information Amazon von mir benötigt und ich kann leider auch nix anklicken, wo ich etwas hochladen kann.
Hatte das bereits jemand von euch? Was für eine Information bzw. Dokument möchte Amazon von mir haben und vor allem, wo lade ich es hoch, wenn überhaupt keine Möglichkeit zum Hochladen besteht.
