I failed my Seller Verification for Inform Consumers Act. I used my Vietnamese passport to verify my identity for my US-based selling account. My passport's place of issue is San Francisco (information on the passport front page). I then entered in the portal the country of issue as "USA" multiple times but somehow the process still failed.
I then tried enter "Vietnam" as the country of issue just in case I misunderstood the instruction. But now, I am blocked from making further verification process. I need help with 2 issues:
- How to reopen my seller identity verification again?
- How to solve this issue "The country of issue that you entered in Seller Central when you registered your account does not match the country that issued the identity document."? I already entered the country of issue as USA for the first few times?
