Return Shipping Adjustment Madness Due To improper return box size!!!
Amazon needs to push or works on ADVISING YOUR AMAZON CUSTOMER to return merchandise properly! This is insane.
We been constantly eating crazy adjustments up to $50-$70 while the sales price only $70 because customer filed irrelevant returns , and return our parts using a huge box! Amazon then adjust all UPS charges on our accounts, which we have ABSOLUTE 0% control over this ! We have attached images showing what these customers have done :
our parts are literally 1/10 size of the box they used. the first image is the ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX, and they put EVERYTHING into a giant Amazon TV box we believe and ship it back....
This is just NOT right Amazon, if you do not enforce the rule, then please reimburse us the adjustment that we got charged. We are already dealing more and more s-cams on this platform and now it has more ways to eat into our profit.
Amazon do you even CARE?

I'm in a similar situation. It's ridiculous!

Hey there @Seller_5YZ33gHt9fwSD- appreciate you surfacing this issue here on the seller forums, and I can appreciate the frustration with these correction charges from the return carrier. If you haven't yet, you can reach out to our seller support team to dispute the charges with them. I would also recommend reviewing this resource on carrier correction charges in case there's any useful information for you on the types of charges, or how to avoid them in the future.
As you do create the case with support, feel free to share the case ID with me so I can help review the specifics from my end as well!
Thanks in advance,
Danny
