Identity verification does not disappear after confirmation

Hello, @Cooper_Amazon. I have successfully passed the identity verification and received a positive response from Amazon. But the warning "Identity verification" on the Account Info page does not disappear. I click on the link "Identity verification" and see "Verification Completed Successfully" but the banner with the warning does not disappear 4 days already. Case ID 12858014941. The Seller Support Team did not solve my problem. Please help me. Thank you.

Check out under Account info, it might be you need an address verification now. I just found it under my account. They will send a postcard with a code.

Same happening to us , Its been more than 10 days past. No pending verification in any section but this tab is showing .

I am wondering if my sale stop even for few ours, our all hard work will go into dust .

Amazon Mods must update us about the issue here

We have the exact information showing. If we are cleared and verified shouldn't the banner come off the main page not threatening to close our account? We are long term Amazon sellers and have really gotten fed up with Amazon's threatening scare tactics.

UPDATE: Just checked again and now Identity, Phone Number, Bank and Tax ID all have green check marks. The business address has a grey circle but a link. When I click it it shows the phone number as verified and the business address. Is this the part where they send something in the mail and we have to confirm?

We are in the same boat. Our identity has a green check mark but the other 4 issues are greyed out and have no link and per the message on account health that means no other verification is needed.

Account health team assured me that everything is okay with our account but the message being there is still very much concerning. I have read a lot of reports on seller forums that it takes roughly 7 days for it to come off your account so that would be tomorrow for us so we will see.

This is my exact same scenario. Additionally, when I click onto "Account Health" I am shown the following Check List….

…… and again I click on Identity and get the "Verification Completed Successfully".

This is a glitch but has been over a week now so it's quite stressful to say the least. My thought is that once the Identity Verification pushes through, other fields that may need attention will become hyperlinked if they need to be addressed.

Same here, as of yesterday we only had 1 green check mark ( phone number verified) but the other 4 circles were "greyed out" meaning they were still verifying . Then suddenly this morning 3 of the 4 received green checkmarks leaving only the Business Address to be verified. I did that and now they're sending the dreaded postcard for our address verification to be complete. Another 10 day wait. Meanwhile we twist in the wind of Amazon's reckless handling of this new requirement. Long time seller , and the threat tactics of the yellow banner are not appreciated or necessary . Whoever created this process at Amazon, which unnecessarily goes WAYYYYY beyond what the actual Inform Act requires, should be reviewed for competency. This process, which should be a streamlined, simple process, has become an all encompassing major issue, and have inundated Amazon's Customer Service reps with unneeded calls. Unbelievable in this age of "Artificial Intelligence" that apparently Amazon has very little .

I noticed this scary message on 5/23. Filled out all the forms and submitted all the information.

On 5/29 I received an email thanking me for creating a selling account on Amazon - (I've been on Amazon since 2006), and to log in and activate my account and check if further info is needed.

When I logged in today It had checked all but address and bank account verification. I had 3 accounts listed. I deleted an expired one, resent a downloaded pdf of the business one and my personal one as well. I'm a little concerned since my checking account is in the name of my Business which is a dba of my subchapter S corp. Everything is filed as such and they did verify the business info. Not sure why the bank issue didn't clear.

I don't know what is more scary - getting threatening account suspension notices or giving Amazon all my personal information. Hopefully this does help alleviate a lot of the poor quality competition from overseas that have decimated my product category on Amazon, but I'm not holding my breath.

We dealt with the same thing. Got someone on the phone and they said everything on our account shows good, but they're dealing with technical issues with the banners. They said it should disappear in a week or so, if you've already submitted the info.
