Brand store linking to different brand store - Amazon putting my brand name as CAPS causing the issue.
Hey,
Hoping someone has some answers for me, as Seller Central doesn't seem to understand my problem.
The problem - Amazon has made my brand name in capital letters even though the back-end on the listing is not in capital letters, because of this my store does not work, my title has capitals in it that can't be changed and brand analytics are all over the place.
Example - Let's say my registered brand name is 'help' and when I made the listing it was exactly worded 'help' but Amazon changed it to 'HELP' (in the greyed out area) which matches another company, not when customers click my brand store it goes to the other companies brand which is confusing and wrong.
Solution - Change my brand name from 'HELP' to 'help' in the back-end of the listing as it should be and what we entered when making the listing.
See the screenshot of what the problem looks like in the back-end of the listing. Note: I used the brand name 'help' for illustration purposes.
Thank you!

If you want to fix it yourself,
Your cases should be in brand registry and not seller support. If they keep replying gibberish, you keep replying back but change your phrasing and always be polite. If you do not change your phrasing, they will consider you as a spammer.
All of these support associates expect anger and treats you badly if you give off anger. Not to mention, the next associate you speak to can you see your conversation history and refuse to help you.
I have seen this issue before and this is, indeed, an issue brand registry must fix.
If you want a mod to fix it, they have to look over your case ID with brand registry and they have to reply in the case ID to explain to the brand registry associate what is going on. Mod's take about a week to respond after you create your forum post.

This is a byline issue and what Amazon calls products not being "normalized" to the correct brand. Solution:
First, create case through brand registry saying the following:
"Hello, it appears that my ASINS are not being linked properly to my brand. Please ensure all the ASINS attached to this case are normalized to the brand that links to my storefront - (insert your store link here)".
This should clarify that your products are properly linking to your correct store.
Once this is complete, create another case with Amazon Ads support and request that they ensure all the same ASINS are redirecting to the correct store byline. Say something along the lines of this: "Hello, it seems as though my ASINS are not connecting to the correct store byline. All my ASINS that are attached to this email are directing to (insert INCORRECT store link here), when they are supposed to be directing to my storefront (insert CORRECT store link here). Please ensure that all ASINS mentioned are linking to (correct store link). Thank you"
You can submit these cases at the same time to ensure double the help, but sometimes amazon ads will say you have to contact brand registry to handle the brand name issues - since amazon ads cant handle brand registry related items, only amazon ad console issues.
Good luck!

Open a case with Brand Registry since you are a Brand Owner.
We had this issue a while ago and it had something to do with the wrong category (browse node path).
The old path was going to Evolve protein shakes/products and we sell Evolve bleach tablets. How Amazon allowed this to happen in the first place is beyond me.
It took some time, but it eventually got resolved.
Good Luck :)

it took me six months to get them to fix a similar issues with the correct brand linking to an incorrect store named similar. Good luck, submit a ticket.

The best thing to do is contact brand registry if the brand is registered

RESOLVED - It seems Amazon brand registry has managed to change my brand name to lower-case, it is still not linking to my store but it has all been changed to lower case. I will open another case to have them link the now lower case brand name to my store front which should be easy enough. Thanks for everyone's help on this.
