Help: Updating GL and Product Type

Hello everyone!

I've listed my product and ensured it's placed in the appropriate categories. The category I see online is correct.

However, I'm currently facing an issue where I can't sell the product because I've been informed that my GL and product type are incorrect. I've contacted Amazon to have this corrected, but they've made me wait for 24 hours, then another 24 hours, and now an additional 72 hours. How can I confirm that the necessary changes have been made?

I wanted to make sure you were armed with this help page which covers how to select and edit product type and attributes through the 'Manage Inventory' section of Seller Central. As I imagine you would likely have attempted this already, I'd be happy to look into this further if you could share your case ID with support here in the thread!

I submitted a spreadsheet to update the product SKU: 1028973114

I received a processing of my product that said I had 1 warning after submitting, warning #18367.

The warning said I should change my feed product_type from TABLETOP_GAME to PODCAST_EPISODIC_AUDIO_BROADCAST.

This product belongs in the Table Top Game / Toys and Games / Board Games product type. Amazon erroneously updated the product to PODCAST_EPISODIC_AUDIO_BROADCAST.

My Seller Account is not approved to sell in the Podcast category and all my active FBA inventory is now stranded due to Amazon erroneously changing the product type. This listing that I'm the brand owner of now indicates that I'm restricted and cannot sell.

Can someone please update my feed_product_type back to the correct category (TABLETOP_GAME / Board Game / Toys and Games).

My Case ID is: 14583237901
