I can help you find the UK registration option! The process is explained in the help page Create a Selling Account in any Marketplace. Here's what you'll need to do:

• Head over to the Sell Globally page (you'll find this under the Inventory tab), select the European region, and click "Register now". The system will automatically direct you to the Amazon.co.uk registration.
• Before you start, just make sure you meet the basic requirements listed in Countries accepted for seller registration: 1.) Residency in an accepted country, 2.) Valid phone number, 3.) Internationally chargeable credit card

One thing worth mentioning - when you register for a UK account, you'll automatically get access to sell across all European marketplaces (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands). Don't worry though - you can choose which ones you actually want to list in later.
