the account is blocked and does not accept the invoice
My account is blocked. It does not accept the invoice and evidence of how I transferred this money for this purchase. This is a wholesaler. I went through a video interview and it did not give results either. What could be the reason? What other documents should I get? It is a pity to lose what I have been building for 2 years, I am desperate .

Apparently, your invoices cannot be validated. Are you selling an already branded item?

Greetings @Seller_kVjGy1Pgwiuea,
I hope this finds you well!
I understand you have questions regarding your account and the rejection of the documents you have submitted.
Responsible sourcing documentation has specific requirements which must be met prior to Amazon verifying the information present. These documents:
- Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
- Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
- Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer. You may block out the pricing of the items; however, the rest of the document must be visible and unaltered.
As @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 has mentioned briefly, selling a branded item will require the verification of your supply chain and possibly authorization to sell the products. Even when invoices are provided and meet Amazon's requirements, the information on them is still subject to further verification and validation.
From where did you purchase your products? Is your supplier authorized to sell these products?
If you do not mind, please provide details into what information was requested of you when the account was suspended. This will enable the community and I to assist you to the best of our abilities.
All the best,
Stevie.
