The feedback review team is so frustrating!
Recently, we encountered a whole piece of feedback regarding product related content.
At first, we suspected it was a BOT audit, as some sensitive words automatically determined that product feedback could not be deleted.
Then came the drama, and we received the same reply three times through manual review, as follows:
Due to buyer feedback directly reflecting their Amazon shopping experience, we will only delete the feedback for the following reasons:
-Feedback contains vulgar language
-Feedback includes personal identification information of the seller
-The entire feedback comment is a review of the product
-The entire feedback comment is about the delivery status or customer service of Amazon delivery orders
Even if we explain the product issue with great cooperation, including brand screenshots, trademark certificates, etc., it is still useless!
The erroneous feedback is displayed on our product page like this, which is very infuriating.

We've been in this situation before where the review team keeps saying the same thing, like robots! To my surprise, they closed the avenues of appeal themselves.

Its because there is no real feedback team its a BOT we have multiple feedback that break amazons own FAQ about feedback like Negative feedback for double billing. which is not possible and if it was would be on amazon but they told us not to ask to remove it again. They do not care to fix it, if ask for removal via the feedback "tool" it says no.
If we make a case they threaten you with a warning of suspension for going to the "wrong" department and trying to circumvent even though its there bot that is trash. Its ok one day the during one of the many class action lawsuits against amazon for this type of nonsense, will just cost them money in fines. Granted we are not involved or will see a benefit but its just something we came to realize is just part of this marketplace is there is a bunch of nonsense mostly with the staff and there own ability to enforce properly there own rules. We just gave up and just hope customers understand that some feedback is just not true.

Its worse when you get accused of writing a feedback for an item you sold, and then the stupid bot system, nearly 5 years later after the item is long gone and sold out, accuses you of writing it and they slap it on your health account with no way to fight it. Its getting so bad here, they are getting away with a lot of junk that should be looked into.
