FBA Inbound keeps losing my shipments
I've sent in multiple shipments for my FBA inventory. I have multiple instances of not just missing units from a box, but the whole box full of units goes missing. All of the tracking says delivered. Where can I go to receive help? When I go to the shipment, it states "Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed" So i can't even open a investigation. I tried getting help from support but all they do is say "We must transfer this matter to a different department, you must close this window so we can send you an email."
Whenever I do that, I receive no email. I am losing thousands of dollars because my items goes missing when I ship them in for FBA. Some of my other shipments will be missing 1-3 items as well.

I am going through multiple similar issues...I think all FBA sellers are. I don't know how much more of this we can handle. Seriously about to quit letting Amazon have any of our inventory. The risk is getting too high. Seller support used to help...now they just find a way to blame you for everything that happens in the warehouse.

Hello @Seller_ZQuJISKtsPbWQ, I'm sorry that you're facing these frustrations. I'd be happy to step in and help. What are the relevant case IDs?
@Seller_4a0fT0P2nCPQq, I see that my colleague has reached out to assist under your thread, but I am happy to take over if you would like. Just let one of us know the additional details like shipment IDs.

This seems to be a recurrent problem in 2023.
It is pretty common for my shipments to be off by 1 or 2 units. I send in an average of 300 units in a single box with multiple SKUs.
Right now I lose about $4 per shipment. (not the end of the world, but Amazon is supposed to be covering product they lose as part of their agreement with the merchant)
What is annoying is when they say you have a problem with the shipment, even though they are shorting you the customer on product and don't want to refund your money through investigation.
The truth is Amazon can't fully track items with identical FNSKUs as they go through distribution centers, which leads to issues.
In other words, let's say an identical product arrives at a distribution center through wholesaletransfer from 2 different shipments. Amazon can't tell which product is from which shipment.
