Slightly confusing.
When you say "I can sell Oki/Okidata brand products" do you mean that you have written permission from the BRAND OWNERS to sell them?
In addition, more brands have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
AND to make matters even more difficult a few cases of brands allowing SOME products to be sold on Amazon and NOT others.
It's Amazon and it IS a jungle out here.

Please note that if Amazon believes that a trademark is associated with a product that you are selling that is not approved by the brand for use in connection with that product, you may be asked to provide a Letter of Authorizationfrom the relevant brand owner to show that you have permission to use their registered trademark.
