AWD INVENTORY REPORT
Hi, I am looking for a report that can show me the real time inventory currently available in AWD. This is such a basic concept and I cant believe that I cannot see this data on any of the reports. Can anyone help with this please?

Hi @Seller_dLWZiYSpt2URq and thanks for the post! You can download the report as described by going to your AWD Inventory page, selecting the dropdown in AWD reports, and then selecting download AWD inventory data.
Best,

Hi @topher_Amazon,
I am confused by the values reported between the Global FBA Inventory Report, and what is visible in te dashboard. Below are the values for a SKU of mine.
Global FBA Inventory Report
Upstream storage available quantity = 456
Upstream storage reserved = 120 units
AWD dashboard
Available in AWD = 456
Inbound into AWD = 360
Outbound to FBA = 1080
Could you please explain how I should classify the Upstream Reserved Quantity of 120 units that is in the Upstream storage reserved?
Is this inventory that is captured in the dashboard values, if so which ones? i.e. within the inbound/outbound?
Where will the 120 units end up once they leave reserved status? Would my inventory go up to 456 + 120 = 576. If this is the case I technically have 576 units of inventory in total in AWD that is not inbound or outbound.
Could you please provide clarification.
Thanks,
James

Hi @Seller_XqLPUTMAHI1AI,
Apologies as I'm just seeing this after Accelerate, but I will see if our partners can advise further to clarify here.

Hey @Seller_XqLPUTMAHI1AI,
The partner team replied back that the reserved inventory is part of the Outbound to FBA units.
Hope that helps!

Hi @Topher_Amazon,
I am looking to do a full inventory count of all inventory that is within Amazon (AWD + FBA + anything in between).
Are you able to assist with the below on how this is best completed to ensure we count all inventory within Amazon's ecosystem.
AWD Dashboard
Available in AWD (units): 384
Inbound to AWD (units): 240
Outbound to FBA (units): 108
Available in FBA (units): 427
Global FBA Inventory Report https://sellercentral.amazon.com/reportcentral/GlobalFBAInventoryReport/1
Inbound quantity: 108
Prime available quantity: 427
FC transfer quantity: 155
FC processing quantity: 11
Upstream storage available quantity: 384
Upstream storage reserved quantity: 0 [as previous message this value is not clear, so best to go to AWD report]
Inventory Counting Process:
To get a count of our inventory do we need to pull values from both reports? Is the below correct?
AWD Report - Inbound to AWD (units): 240
AWD Report - Available in AWD (units): 384
AWD Report - Outbound to FBA (units): 108
AWD Report - Available in FBA (units): 427
GFBA Report - FC transfer quantity: 155
GFBA Report - FC processing quantity: 11
Total Inventory in Amazon: 384 + 108 + 427 + 155 + 11 = 1085
(with additional 240 units inbound to AWD).
Is there a single report that tells us how much inventory we have?
Kind Regards,
James

Hi James
Upstream storage available quantity is stored in AWD
Upstream storage reserved quantity is transferring to FBA. If you compare with Inbound, it would be same if the item has been shipped, otherwise Inbound is next step after Upstream storage reserved quantity.
So, total AWD can be taken as sum of Upstream storage available quantity & Upstream storage reserved quantity.
You have to refer 2 reports AWD & Manage FBA Inventory to get all the details.
