Urgent Assistance Needed: Business address/office address is different to company registered address/established address
Hi, everyone, I am a Chinese Seller. can anybody can give me some suggestion?
Currently my account is under verification and restricted and FBA stock are stranded
The reason is "The business location that you entered in Seller Central when you registered your account does not match the country of incorporation of the company in the business documents that you provided. Please register a new account with a new email address, make sure to select the correct business location, and upload business documents that match the business location."
Our Business address is currently our warehouse/office address:Hangzhou China
Our company is a HK based company, Registered adress/Established address: HongKong China
We rented warehouse/office in Hangzhou, so our Business addresss is Hangzhou, different to the company established adress of HongKong.
Office/Warehouse address is different to the “establishment address/company register address”, this is normal. Most of company's office address is different to the establishment address
Since we started sell on amazons, so many years (around 8 years) it is the same, we don't make any changement.
Currently my account is limited, stop selling... I can not do anything, and I don't know what to do....... It is really urgent for me, can somebody help me and give me some suggestions?

if you're selling under your company's name, then your business location should be Hong Kong, not China.
Too bad you can't change your business location. Sorry to say you're screwed by Amazon.

I had called the account health seller support, but they are not seller verification team and can not do anything, only promise to pass my appeal as a case. But nobody from seller verification team look at the case. Really a headache

Is this for the US marketplace? If so, it sounds as though you are needing to undergo the Inform Act verification process. You will need to go through the verification process by accessing the Account Info page and clicking on the link inside a banner you may be seeing from that page.
Prior to doing this, you will want to ensure all of your information within your account is accurate. You will want to check your business address, ID information, and banking information for this verification process.
"We can not change the business address."
You can edit the business address by going to your Account Info page, clicking on the "Business address" option, then choose "Add a new address". Once you have the correct address on the account, you can then go through the verification workflow.
