discord.org amazon hackers

Our Amazon store has been hit by an organized fraud group and I found 2 other stores that also were also targeted. We received 661 orders in 1.5 hours one customer ordered 40x and gave us negative feedback on all of the orders. I have confirmation and proof from the customer that he is one of the members of the group on discord.org and they find or make pricing errors on Amazon, and then all group members go and purchase at the same time, after normal business hours and place as many orders as possible. Once the seller cancels, they automatically give negative, abusive feedback. The same customer gave us 40 negative feedbacks, gave company B 40, and company C 3. I tied to resolve the issue with the customer and he told me for $3000 he would remove the feed back. This is really hurting our business and I don't know what to do. I've submitted at least 40 cases and they all get closed. I have one case open that was been escalated but it's been a week and I have not hear back. Seller support did make the order cancellation rate exempt for these orders but will not remove the feedback. We have a life time of negative reviews of 81 which 58 come from this discord group.

If you can confirm their identity, I'd go further and collect all evidences and go to local police. These ppl need to be caught and punished.

If Amazon doesn't do that, local police will.

We list against the US catalog. We haven't added a new listing in 3 years. The description of the product was in Korean.

Have you checked all of your banking info under your Account Info page to make sure that everything is correct and still under your name?

Have you changed and updated your password and made sure you have 2-step verification enabled?

This same thing happened to our account; one of the ASIN changed and received hundreds of orders within 20 minutes during a beautiful Sunday afternoon just a month ago. We were selling brand name glue with a single bottle price, the title changed to Pack of 12 at end of the title and the image changed to 3 bottles in a picture. We did talk with Amazon seller support about this ASIN change and they told us initially we changed the title and image, we didn’t do that, why would we list an item with 12 per pack and sell with a single bottle price. We were selling single bottle price item so we don’t list an item with three bottle picture in the listing or any discrepancy in the title. The change request Amazon received on Saturday and listing changed on Sunday afternoon, immediately order start flowing. We never received these many orders in 20 minutes, we were working on that time and noticed flood of orders and immediately deleted the item from our account, by God’s grace we were working at that time, otherwise we would have thousands of orders. We received so many negative feedbacks from buyers because we did not ship the order. We were looking other company’s feedbacks and noticed same exact negative feedback from same people; same thing happened to other sellers, there are many victims out there. We opened a ticket with Amazon and asked about the ASIN change and got the reply, we changed the title and image and the request came from our account, we asked Amazon to show the request that came from us, we got another reply from Amazon the ASIN change request came from Another Seller on this product. We continued the communication with seller support and requested the seller name and their contact details who requested the change for the ASIN, we got reply from Amazon says, we are unable to disclose the information about the seller. The person who requested to change the ASIN committed a crime because they manipulated the ASIN purposely with a group of people and Amazon does not want to disclosure their information’s. We requested five times to Amazon seller support to have a meeting with upper management and need to disclose the seller name who changed the title and image for the ASIN, but Amazon stone walled and do not want to tell the seller name and their contact details and do not want to arrange a meeting with upper management. There were no other seller was selling under this ASIN, why the person is not selling under this ASIN who made the change request, how hundreds of people knew about this ASIN immediately after it changed, how these many people ordered within a short period of time. We have noticed few other sellers faced same problem because same people left bunch of negative feedback to their account as well. We opened abuse case with Amazon for this ASIN manipulation and did not receive any reply. It seems a group of people doing this ASIN manipulation crime purposely; it is hard to know if a listing changed in the middle of Sunday afternoon. We need Amazon support to protect sellers account because of this ASIN manipulation problem. Thank you!
