How can I change home marketplace?
My seller account was mistakenly created with home marketplace set to CA-Canada. This must have happened due to confusion in CA- Canada & CA-California. My business is in the US and I sell only in the United States. The problem appeared when Amazon recently enabled immediate removal of Unfulfillable FBA Inventory. Amazon isn't giving an option to set a return address except in the home marketplace, Canada, which unfortunately I do not have.
I have been trying to get seller support to fix this, but without any luck. They are asking me to create another account. How is this even possible!
