Desperate For Help - Funds On Hold
So I saw this funds on hold banner in August. My account was not deactivated and it is healthy. I completed account health and supply chain verification over a video interview. The verification was successfully verified on the 15th of October. I was told that the funds on hold banner would get removed after the system updates in a few days but the banner remains there.
I’ve called seller support and account health team at least 30 times and sent countless emails and chats. I’ve also emailed the disbursement team a few times but they do not reply. I have had no luck with getting the issue fixed.
I have over £40,000 that is being held which started in August. I have a family to provide far, bills to pay and my business is taking a massive hit as I am not able to restock for Q4. This has been very frustrating experience and quite depressing and stressful.
Can someone please help to release my funds. I’m hoping someone can help me here. This is my last option.
