Your Amazon.com seller account has been deactivated
Can anyone help me?
I believe this deactivation was done in error. I have no violation on my account health or bad reviews. im a new seller I reactivated my account back in April and started selling in October. Most of my orders were fba .
The message i received is
Hello,
Your Amazon.com seller account has been deactivated, and your listings have been removed. Ship any open orders to avoid further impact on your account. After 90 days of receiving this notification, you may request a fund disbursement by contacting disbursement-appeals . We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account, and if we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, abused our system, or repeatedly violated our policies that protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all of the funds in your account.
Why is this happening?
We were unable to verify information related to your seller account or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.
When I went to appeal it asked to verify my address and I sent in bank statements with my name and address and was denied and got a second message:
Hello ,
We received your submission but we are unable to reactivate your account. Upon review of your account, we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store.
Why is this happening?
Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon Business Solutions Agreement.
I don't get why this is happening to me. I have no violation on my account and most of my orders is fba. And the document I provided is a pdf that clearly shows my information. I don't have another account or another account that was suspended .im just confused about why this is happening I believe this deactivation was done in error.
