I want to close this account because the service and pickup guys behavior was inconsiderate, my income in January was 8k but ever since the argument with the pickup guy my returns and replacements have become so much that I am not able to get my product back. I am not able to even calculate the cost because my February income is only 2K. Now tell me what should I do in this, should I calculate my packing cost or calculate the cost of the product?

I have the same problem . The executives cannot clearly explain the payments clearly . More than 80 % of my product was taken out . When i gave a safe-t claim they denied it eventhough i gave them a pic regarding to it . They still denied it claiming that I was wrong. They are the worst .
