FBM Sellers: Issues with Buy Shipping in Bulk today?
I'm not able to buy shipping in bulk today. Tried several times, tried removing products one by one, no dice. Wondering if this is a site-wide problem, or something I need to try to fix by myself.

This is also now applicable to Buy Shipping for one order at a time; something which was NOT announced. Maybe our fantastically amazing partners (haha) at Amazon could let us know about changes. I've got 2 monitors on one PC (desktops not mirrored.) One at my desk, one at my shipping station. ...print....nothing happening with my little zebra... ...after a few minutes I investigate to find a few instances of my system default PDF viewer at my other "desk" desktop.
1- New software "QZ Tray" to install. Info and link at bottom of Buy Shipping page. This was sort of announced as rolling out improvements to Buy Shipping in Bulk
2- Set Label Print Orientation
3- Set One Click Printer and hit Save
It seems were still expected to figure out everything for ourselves when changes are made. What else am I missing?

ive been on the phone with amazon support for the past hour with no help besides having to download the 3rd party QZ tray and it still will not display label to be able to print

I had to click the printer orientation and changed it to 4x6 ZPL. It processed the orders and then wanted me to open and extract the files (labels to print). I could not get them to extract properly and ended up having to reprint each label from Amazon orders. Whoever created the cluster mess, needs to fix it NOW!!! Leave well enough alone sometimes. Especially when your support is virtually zero...BTW, I was printing while using the Chrome browser.

I have also been having issues with buying shipping since yesterday. The bulk price shows 1 cost and then it is much higher later. This morning, there is now no option to buy UPS (which was normally cheaper) AND all the Fedex pricing is higher than what I would spend on my own personal FEDEX account. It's as if the Amazon discount is not applying. Something is messed up.
