My product listing was removed by Amazon Product Safety after sending my product to Amazon FBA

Hello, I woke up today with an unfortunate email "Notification of Product Removal by Amazon Product Safety"

I just got my product sent to amazon with the custom barcode on the packaging and then my listing gets removed in the receiving stage. I have checked the guidelines and I am still trying to understand why my specific product gets removed and is related to Child Safety when my product is not marketed towards children. I also have warning labeling on the packaging for proper use. I also see tons of other sellers selling nearly the same product in the niche. I am just trying to understand why my product gets removed out of all the sellers. I just made my first 2 sales with the product too, using Amazon PPC. I was super excited as my product just go to the Amazon FBA warehouse and customers were going to start to get faster shipping but now my product is removed.

So after some contact over phone and email. They have mentioned reinstating my product. It has been 2 business days and still my post is not available and I cannot use the same ASIN when trying to relist. I have contacted them again and they told me to email the childsafety department. I have emailed them a few times now and they don't provide any reasoning and seems like an automated response saying my product will not be reinstated. This is extremely frustrating as a new seller on amazon when there are 50+ sellers still selling the product on Amazon with no restrictions.

Why was I singled out? It just does not really seem fair, I have provided safety certificates as well. I wish I got this notice before I have sent 500 units to an Amazon FBA warehouse with the Amazon barcode on the packaging and is now in receiving stage. I just hope I can get this issue fixed and can continue to sell on Amazon.

Each ASIN is subject to their own restrictions are requires documentation in order to be reinstated. While there may be other sellers are listing a similar product Amazon will still need specific documentation from you to either demonstrate that it is not subject to these policies or that it is compliant with these policies.
