Is Amazon Seller Support Just AI, I'm going around in circles with automated messages

Initially when I applied for my Brand Catalog authorization I was told it was declined because I didn’t provide the photos they needed. I replied and said I did, they reviewed it and approved my status. I then moved on to GTIN exemption for my small handmade business. I received a declined message, then after the second attempt received an approval and decline at the same time. Now I’ve been stuck in a never ending predicament of messaging support and getting nothing but the same messages telling me to do what I’ve already done. Is there someone I can call, or someone that can actually help me get to the bottom of this. It’s insane how difficult they make it to get any sort of questions answered as well as solutions to problems.

I feel you, together with millions of other sellers who made the same experience. And yes: "Is Amazon Seller Support Just AI". Of course the system is using AI since they receive ten thousand identic questions daily.

There isn't, and if it were: do you think you would get a better answer than by email? the answer templates are the same.

I suggest you create a new thread with your specific question and there is a chance that some other seller could give you an advice.

Did you write your question in the search bar of seller central? In such cases unfortunately you need to read 2-3 hours in order to find the solution.
