Fake return Request

I am writing to bring your attention to a recent issue regarding a replacement request that was placed by a buyer. The buyer has stated that they received a completely different item from what was ordered. However, after reviewing the situation, I have reason to believe that this claim may be false, and I have an packing video for this. Is anything i can do to reject the request of buyer.
I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed further with this matter, including any additional steps to verify the buyer's claim and prevent any potential abuse of the return process.

when i'm new in amazon i shipped all orders now i am aware of this practice customer and delivery agent all are included in this malpractice. now i always checks first all Rajasthan orders in fake buyer check. almost all order are abusive from Rajasthan. now I'm tired to raise this issue over and over. @Noor_Amazon_

Chances are your pack may be compromised in transit by courier team ..it's normal on amazon. Happens.

This happens Quite frequently, these type of buyers really hurt our ratings and sales. and when you try to complain to amazon seller support they will say either you file for safe T claim or you will receive reimbursement. No necessary action will taken to solve issue.

And now I recieved a return And there is a small piece of cloth instead of my product which cost 1189+1189 Cause I sent the replacement too.and now amazon denied claim by reverting exceed limit. Kindly tell us how we seller survive on amazon platform.
