Brand Registry will not respond to appeal, been waiting over 60 days

Who has had any luck getting brand registry to respond to an appeal. I have all required documentation. I have my business registered, I have a DBA, the product has my brand on the product as well as the packaging. I also have my brand trademark pending with the USPTO. Any help would be appreciated.

I also saw the documentation that you attached after the initial decision was made. It is definitely frustrating how many times you have provided additional information, but have not received any response.

I opened an internal case requesting the team re-review your appeal with the new documentation added.

The team got back to me really quickly and unfortunately they rejected the appeal. The good news is the application has been completely closed out so you are now able to reapply when you are ready.

Here is the response that I received:

  • This decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (e.g. tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time submitting the Brand Registry enrollment form. If the name of the business owning the trademark is incorrectly updated on the USPTO website, please make sure you update the business information correctly on the USPTO website first before submitting another appeal here
  • Brand Registry sources the business name from the USPTO website and hence any incomplete or inaccurate information on the USPTO website associated with your trademark may negatively impact your application.
  • Please note that enrollment in Brand Registry is at Amazon’s sole discretion. Any misuse of Amazon’s Brand Protection tools or suspected misconduct in the acquisition or maintenance of your intellectual property rights may lead to restrictions or removal from Brand Registry.

I cannot provide any additional detail at this time, but if you do have any other questions, please let me know.

Thank you for getting back to me. This has been very frustrating. I submitted every document that they requested. I opened a new application but they immediately attached it to the old case. I have tried to contact seller support and they are no help in this either. I wish someone from the Brand Registry team could contact me and tell me exactly what is missing so I can give it to them. I have invested a lot of time into getting my brand registered on Amazon and it seems that no one can help.
