Brand Registry will not respond to appeal, been waiting over 60 days
Who has had any luck getting brand registry to respond to an appeal. I have all required documentation. I have my business registered, I have a DBA, the product has my brand on the product as well as the packaging. I also have my brand trademark pending with the USPTO. Any help would be appreciated.

I also saw the documentation that you attached after the initial decision was made. It is definitely frustrating how many times you have provided additional information, but have not received any response.
I opened an internal case requesting the team re-review your appeal with the new documentation added.
This typically take about 7 business days to receive a response. I will provide you an update here as soon as I have one.

Thank you for getting back to me. This has been very frustrating. I submitted every document that they requested. I opened a new application but they immediately attached it to the old case. I have tried to contact seller support and they are no help in this either. I wish someone from the Brand Registry team could contact me and tell me exactly what is missing so I can give it to them. I have invested a lot of time into getting my brand registered on Amazon and it seems that no one can help.
