Carrier Picked Up Package vs. Shipping Label Printed
Can we get the internal tracking to accurately reflect the steps in the shipping process.
When a label is merely PRINTED, Amazon tracking SHOULD say 'Shipping Label Printed / Awaiting Carrier Pickup' instead of the misleading 'Carrier has Picked Up the Package.'
Mods, can we get this done? It would greatly reduce confusion for everyone involved....

but once you know this, you wont ever be confused about it again?
I believe they do this for the buyer's benefit, so they feel like their package is "moving"

the problem is we constantly have to explain to newer sellers what is going on when they come here with INR questions.

Yes, but in all fairness, most of them KNOW that they dropped it off late, wanting to "proof" they shipped on time because the scan sheet scan says "received by carrier". I think everybody knows when they shipped something late...

no, most of them are looking for help responding to bogus INR claims.
then we have to go through the "it doesn't mean it was scanned because the Amazon tracking says the carrier picked it up...it only means...." spiel every time.
