What is the email of the legal department of Amazon Seller Central?
Amazon accuses me of being a dropshipper.
I am the manufacturer and all attempts over the past year to prove it have been unsuccessful.
The support is really unhelpful and insists that I am a drop shipper even though I have proven in the documents that I am the manufacturer.
How do I get to the legal department?

Contact Amazon Legal through regular mail. Far better to have an attorney contact. The attorney will tell you if you have any hope of help through contacting the legal department.

Hello @Seller_G0uwhBWu4Zgtn
Amazon accuses me of being a dropshipper.
Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have been attempting to address. I understand you manufacturer the product, but have been unable to resolve the violation. What type of documentation have you been able to provide up to this point? These violations occur when there is an indication that you were not the seller of record.
How do you ensure that each package is clearly marked as originating from you? What type of packaging do you utilize for the movement of your product? Is it plain or marked by another brand?
Does the address details for the origination of the product match what you have in the account? Is there any discrepancies that could be identified between the documents that would need to be explained? Please clarify what has been provided so we can provide specific guidance to your situation.
We ask that you do continue to utilize this thread for any additional details that you would like to add regarding your situation.
Best,

Hello @Seller_G0uwhBWu4Zgtn,
Thank you for following up on the situation.
As you've mentioned this was originally a concern with dropship enforcement. You did mention here that your UK account was deactivated. This is starting to also look like a multiple account policy violation.
These situations will require you to address the original issue presented on that account prior to the reactivation of this store.
A plan of action is most situations surrounding dropship or multiple account will not be accepted as you will be required to dispute the situation with proper documentation that shows proof of compliance.
When addressing the dropship concerns, you will be required to show proof of inventory possession including invoices, and or a letter of authorization to verify your source of products.
We will also require tracking information to confirm you were in compliance with our dropshipand code of conduct policies.
As for the possibility of a multiple account policy violation, you again will need to ensure the associated store is reactivated, or that you offer proof of a valid separation including contracts, termination agreements, bill of sale.
To help clarify the above mentioned statement, if the associated store belongs to you, you will need to ensure that store has been reinstated prior to the reactivation of any associated store.
If you are looking for more guidance on this situation, please provide your original performance notification so we can better understand your exact situation.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
