Low Price FBA - is it $9.99 and less or $10?
I'd really like to hear from someone at Amazon, but I'll take anyone's answers. So the new 'Low Price FBA' fees start Aug 29 and we are trying to plan for it. We have hundreds (700?) products in Small and Light that will be effected. The policy page says "Starting August 29, 2023, products priced under $10 will automatically receive Low-Price FBA rates" so it seems like its $9.99.

If you look at the news announcement it says products below $10 are Low Price FBA and products above $10 is regular FBA fulfillment fees. Both of these statements exclude specifically $10. Neither statements say $10 and less, or $10 and more. We need an official answer (and hopefully a Low Price FBA fees page update to indicate if it is INCLUSIVE of $10 or exclusive of $10.

Its going to suck if we followed the footsteps of Small and light that included $12 and change our pricing to $10 to start losing on average of $.77 per sale because we were a penny over the limit. We already have to recalculate and reprice 700isn products. I don't want to start losing money to find out we have to change prices on the same 700 products again.
Anyone at Amazon have the information or can escalate this to have the policy page updated? Or maybe edit the news page to say its $10 and up is regular fulfillment fees?

Good afternoon @Seller_oljVSaeMvWjqE,
Thank you for taking the time to post. I will reach out to an internal contact to confirm, but to my understanding Small and Light will be for $9.99 and below. Anything $10 would be regular FBA fulfillment, but I note the point you make regarding the news announcement not specifying that. I will double-check and get back to you.
