GreyScout appears to be a genuine tool yes. One assumes Boots may be cracking down on sellers on amazon buying retail from Boots and selling on as New. It appears Boots just want to confirm they are happy that you are approved to resell their products.

As said, if you bought them from Boot shops then you will only have receipts, not proper invoices, and they may not be accepted.

I have my dobts on this one. Companies like boots have paid lawyers on staff. You should have received a formal letter from a legal firm to respond to their concerns.
It's more likely your competitors try their luck.
I had one and I told them to go take a running jump and strangely I NEVER heard back from them.
