The customer opened three claims for one refund

I don't know how it is possible that the customer opened three boxes as part of one return, the first case was a standard return of goods, but because the Royal Mail courier did not collect the parcel, the customer opened two boxes A and Z for another, false reason. I asked the customer to take the parcel to the post office, but the customer did not respond to any of my messages. Probably if the courier from Evri had not picked up this parcel, the customer would have opened another case. I was sanctioned ODR. I have no idea why. Amazon says I refunded the money too late, it's my fault. In fact, I didn't refund the money, only the Amazon system after the courier scanned the parcel. The customer first opens the possibility of returning the item, he does not want to go to the post office and then opens the A to Z case. This situation is absurd. Can anyone advise me in this case

Sorry , I'm not 100% on what has happened there.

A customer can open more than 1 return request - we've seen it happen. generally because they either initally got an Evri label and want a Royal Mail one, or could be because they realise they will be charged for the label, so open with a return reason that gets a free return.

However, I can't tell what happened then. How many A-Z claims have they opened? And what is the Claim reason on the A-Z(s)?
