【Need helped and attention】Amazon lost my shipment

【Need helped and attention】

One of my shipment shipped and received by amazon warehouse were lost 80% units in FBA warehouse (YOW3). I provided all the necessary documentation, including the POD (proof of delivery) with STAMPED and SIGNED by amazon warehouse, product purchases, size dimensions e.t.c. Yet Amazon reply they didn't receive the units and simply saying they deny the reimbursement claim and no matter we open cases to reach them, they saying will not reply to us further, leaving me to bear the losses. I would like to know then how comes they will signed and stamp the POD (proof of delivery) document?

After submitting the documents for investigation, Amazon simply replied that the POD was not a confirmation that Amazon actually received our items. It's been incredibly frustrating and feels like a very irresponsible way for them to handle this situation.

How could Amazon be the receiver of shipment, STAMPED and SIGNED the POD document without confirming the unit they got? This is ridiculous, please help. This is a huge loss to us, we are only a small business.
