Most of our inventory is currently stuck in Amazon Italy due to VAT issues.
Due to recent changes, our VAT registration was deactivated and we are not planning to restore it in Italy. We need help understanding our options.
❓Question A:
Is it possible to transfer the inventory from Amazon Italy to other EU marketplaces like Germany, France, or Spain (FBA warehouses)?
❓Question B:
Is a removal order from Amazon Italy possible? If yes, how much does it cost?
❓Question C:
Can we use the inventory in Amazon Italy for Merchant Fulfilled (FBM/MFN) orders, shipping small quantities directly to customers?
❓Question D:
What do you recommend as the most effective solution in this case, considering that we are not restoring the Italian VAT number and want to use or move the inventory efficiently?

Theoretically (probably) yes but I've never read in the cases here on the forum that it actually worked. And see D

If you have the Italian tax obligations, I assume that Amazon will not release the goods either, with deactivated account/marketplace it is difficult to impossible to get the goods. In other words: fulfil your obligations and then see what happens.
