Would like ALL formats to appear
We have 16 books being sold on Amazon. Most of these books comes in Kindle, Hardcover, and Paperback as well as Audible. Sometimes all the formats comes up. Sometimes only 1 format comes up even when the customer clicks on See All Formats. Why is this? What do we have to do so that when a customer clicks on the URL on our website, they go directly to the paperback edition, but when they click on See All Formats they see the Kindle, Hardback, and Audible editions as well?
Any help that you could give would be most appreciated.
