Amazon car or UPS does not come to pick up my products and deliver to the customer, many of my orders were not delivered and had to be refunded and the store gave negative feedback. Now what should I do?

You need to arrange pick up yourself, from either USPS or UPS. Amazon does not dispatch a carrier when you purchase a label.

Are you FMB? You have to take your orders to the carrier, whether it be UPS, USPS, Fedex...If you are FBA, then you have to have your products at an Amazon warehouse (shipping plan) for them to ship anything.
Please put your account on vacation and go to Seller University.

Three weeks ago you did not understand the "Your account does not qualify " messages.
Now you appear to be in deep water about shipping.

As others have mentioned, you would need to take your shipments to a carrier to fulfill your FBM orders. The only instance in which Amazon would come to you to pick up orders, would be if you're using Shipping by Amazon as your carrier. Is that what you were using?
