Will I run into issues for brand registering a name that is already on amazon
Hello,
I've almost launched my first product however, as I am looking into brand registry I see that there is already a seller on amazon selling under a name that I have registered with the USPTO. The brand seems to be based in China and I could not find their trademark on the USPTO website so I assume its been registered with Chinas patent office. My product will be in a different category anyways but I don't know if that affects the outcome of my application. I am not sure if this is going to be a problem as I continue my application but I just wanted to get some feedback from someone from amazon or any sellers who might have experienced something similar.
