Is there a way I can bulk create these bundles, with a variation family? Also, is there a report that could be downloaded with all my current virtual bundles?

At this time my understanding is that the tool is the only way to make Virtual Bundles and they cannot be made in bulk. Additionally, per Amazon's current policies, bundles may not be part of variation families. The Sales reports for virtual product bundles should include a list of all your bundles, including the ones that didn't have sales. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
