UPS Access Point with 'Buy Shipping'?
We just had an A-to-Z claim on an order that the customer says was not received.
In checking the tracking information, it shows that the receiver requested that the shipment be held at a UPS Access Point, and it was delivered and signed for at that Access Point. Amazon ruled in their favor despite us having shipped this using Amazon's "Buy Shipping" method. Shouldn't we have been covered? And how can we avoid this in the future?

Have you appealed? If you used their buy shipping, then you should point that out, adding the pictures of the signature.

What was the reason Amazon gave for granting the claim in favor of the customer? Check your email, often there is additional info/details. When appealing a claim, you want to appeal against the reason given for granting the claim.
On the UPS website does tracking ( acceptance scan ) show/prove that you shipped on or before the ship-by-date? If you shipped on time, but UPS scanned the label late, Amz will not cover the claim.

UPDATE:
Amazon reversed the claim and refunded us. All is well!
