I am also facing same issue. Infact in 4 cases the buyer returned me ridiculous 10rs product against of my 7000 rs product. The response from Amazon is pathetic. They are denying my SAFE T claim also.

Happened with me too. I shifted to self ship. Now I call the customer if its a high quantity order or the address is incomplete. If they return the item and orders again then I make a video of packing the order and send them on Whatsapp and tell them to not accept the order if it does not look same. Also I tell them in order to eligible for return they have to record a video of unboxing this time. This method works for me.

Did you try to report suspicious orders before shipping them? If you notice any suspicious orders, you can use the option to send them to Amazon for investigation. They will review and let you know about the next steps.
