Help us retrieve our goods, we are very desperate!!

Our store was closed due to information association, so we applied to return the goods to us on January 25th.

But Amazon delivered our goods to the wrong address during the process of returning them. We filled in the correct address, but the logistics were delivered to another address.

Contacting Amazon but asking us to appeal the store first before providing assistance!!
