Someone else is selling my product. Is that allowed? Under the listing I created and Under my branding? How do I stop them?

When you say "my branding" are you in BR and is it registered with the USPTO?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to take a look into this for you. If you have already opened a case with Seller Support or have another case with the ASIN(s) in question, I would be happy to take a look.
In general, there is only 1 detail page per ASIN so if another seller is selling that same ASIN, their offer will be on the detail page regardless of who created it. You can take a look at the Match or create product listings one at a time Seller University video to get a bit more info.
If you believe that the other offer being sold is not the actual product then I advise completing a test buy and fill out the appropriate report abuse complaint as needed. This can be found in the Account Health dashboard.
If you are enrolled in Brand Registry, there is another course of action via reporting a violation on the Brand Registry site.
