someone merge some of my child ASINs to a parent ASIN which is not relevant
someone merge some of my child ASINs to a parent ASIN which is not relevant. We sell pants on this parent ASIN, and these pants come in different style and lengths. Someone merged 4 different child ASINs of a completely different style into a style that is not the same, they are 28"" and 25" respectively, and also have different style names. Ultimately this has caused us to ship the wrong items to customers. We created a case log but they only removed 1 of these 4 child ASINs. We reported an abuse and they said "We cannot take action on the report as no violation has been identified" while clearing the names and the lengths *both are in the title) are different. We need this investigated to see if there are tempering involved. What can do we?

Greetings @Seller_XBP9NAUclKW1F,
Thanks for reaching out. Based on what you are saying, a number of your products were associated with an invalid parent and you are both having a hard time removing the ASINs from the incorrect parent and reporting the behavior. If possible can you provide your most recent Seller Support case to see what options are available? Thank you for your understanding.
